In addition to our contractual obligations, we also provide wellness services or preventive maintenance services at a negligible cost to Our Partners; this involves patch maintenance, version upgrades, diagnostic support and reactive support.
Our Service Plans are multifaceted - reasonable, affordable, and client-friendly. Our Partners have the option to select from our rate packages of Enterprise, Advance, Standard, and Basic plan that is best suited to their business or organization's needs. With several years of experience providing IT technical support to both public and private facilities, we are prepared to meet any technical challenge your business or institution may have.
Corporate IT Support Service Plans are equally tailored towards building a pro-active relationship with Our Partners. Considering the magnitude of the services we provide, we will make every effort to respond to emergency situation when it arises. In other words, once your business is in contractual agreement with us, we become fully obligated to keeping your system functional and operational 24/7.
Finally, we are aware that a service company cannot grow if it lacks integrity and true passion for the services it provides. Therefore, our desire and ability to provide top-rate services for you is overwhelming. As part of our contractual commitment, we will provide a login and password system that will be unique to your operation. And if you so desire, we will provide you with the capability to remotely audit your entire network at your discretion |
