Server Availability and Utilization Monitoring Network Monitoring
Corporate IT Support monitors each component of a data network system to verify that it is functioning properly. Once it enters your data network system, it will allow our network management system to monitor each network data line and hardware component. This will allow immediate notification at our Network Operations Control Center (NOCC) should a network component not respond properly. After receiving notification, our staff will notify the client and/or carrier and begins diagnostic procedures, utilizing systems at the Corporate IT Support’s NOCC. Technicians will then log all actions into a problem management system and follow the trouble report through to resolution. Our Service Desk will notify the client at each change in status until the problem is resolved.
